About the Role

We are seeking a driven and innovative Marketing Manager to lead the efforts in securing new revenue opportunities across Europe and the US. This role involves spearheading targeted account-focused programs, aimed at lead generation for pipeline creation and acceleration within our clients account base.

What you will be doing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive account-based marketing plans to generate high-quality sales leads and accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Utilise marketing automation tools to track lead lifecycle and enhance conversion rates, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
  • Drive targeted demand planning across countries and territories, aligning marketing strategies with sales team needs for account-specific offerings.
  • Manage all demand generation campaigns and events to foster pipeline creation and growth.
  • Monitor and review campaign performance, focusing on ROI and optimising future marketing efforts based on data-driven insights.
  • Assist the CMO in forecasting and reporting on lead generation targets, defining success metrics and analysing performance.
  • Manage paid digital marketing strategies, including social media, search advertising, and retargeting.
  • Plan and execute webinars in collaboration with event and content marketing teams.

What you will bring to the role

  • You have a proven track record in demand generation, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS environment, and are adept at partnering with sales teams to drive leads through multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with enterprise-level software and cloud-based solutions is essential. A quick learner especially in utilising marketing tools like Google Analytics, and HubSpot.
  • You are highly analytical, with strong project management skills and the ability to lead campaigns end-to-end.
  • Skilled in managing budgets, optimising spend across tactics and forecasting results.
  • A creative thinker who is comfortable handling both online and offline marketing strategies and is willing to take on various tasks to drive brand and product demand.
  • Excellent communication abilities, comfortable presenting to audiences, and experienced in working across cultures, particularly in the USA and Europe.
