About the role

As Ecommerce Executive you are in charge of making sure the presentation and accuracy of our website is outstanding. You’re a whizz at connecting the dots between on-site experience and offline communications to ensure a consistent consumer experience from initial site visit to order delivery.

You will work closely with the merchandising and buying teams to ensure that all products are loaded and presented appropriately on our website, in time for product launch and seasonal promotions with the highest technical accuracy in all product content. When it comes to functionality and ease-of-use, you have an eye for creating new development features to meet our business needs and to ensure that the look and feel of our websites is consistent from homepage down to individual product page, also ensuring we are recording customer behaviour and gathering crucial customer data at every step.

Your commercial awareness and ability to analyse performance data to grow online sales is second-to- none. You will report into our Ecommerce Manager and be working with our Chief Digital Officer, Head of Ecommerce, the wider Digital Team and our Agencies to define, develop and deliver a first class online experience for our customers.

What you will be doing

  • Ensure the team is updated on sales trends and customer behaviours that may affect aspects of website content, advert content or the customer journey with us.
  • Co-ordinate and implement seasonal up-dates and digital marketing campaigns including pricing changes as and when required.
  • C-oordinate and implement the presentation and maintain the accuracy of our websites, ensuring this is kept fresh and engaging.
  • Create product descriptions or make existing ones SEO-friendly.
  • Manage onsite content refreshes on time and in cooperation with the marketing team.
  • Brief development changes and improvements to our agencies.
  • Brief graphic design and creative for campaigns and website refreshes to our creative team.

What you will need

  • Experience in an ecommerce environment, preferably in a premium retail or fashion business.
  • Experience of using a website content management system, e.g. Magento or Shopify.
  • Excellent organisational skills to ensure good time-management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with a web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience and a good working knowledge of Adobe Target and Looker Studio would be preferable but not all essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Confidence to communicate and liaise with external partners and other internal departments.

This is a full-time hybrid role that will require you to work from our London office 1-2 days per week.
